SAF (sustainable air fuel) is great! One step closer to making air travel a more environmentally friendly way to travel however, because it is relatively new there is not much supply of it and as I understand, its only available at specific airports. Because of this inaccessibility to SAFs many low cost airlines such as Wizz will not be using it as it currently too expensive and incompatible with their low cost approach. Instead airlines such as Wizz use a younger and more efficient fleet of aircraft such as the A321 neo.
What do you think. Should SAF be made cheaper so more airlines consider using it?
